She has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, including many years leading the lateral associate, counsel and partner recruiting efforts for an AmLaw 50 firm. Danielle has a deep knowledge and understanding of the legal market and is uniquely positioned to help attorneys make the right move to achieve their personal and professional goals. She has helped Hiring Partners, Department Chairs and Management Committees develop hiring strategies, goals and initiatives. Danielle is regularly called upon to work with law firm management on highly targeted, retained and exclusive contingency-based partner and associate searches.

Danielle earned her B.A. In Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children in Westchester County.
