Jen Bird is a founding partner of Springboard Search Group with over 15 years of legal practice and recruiting experience, placing attorneys at all levels, including partners, associates and in-house counsel.
Jen takes a consultative approach with her clients and attorney candidates and focuses on building strong relationships and listening closely to understand their goals and objectives. Jen’s clients and candidates appreciate her knowledge of the market, thoughtful approach, and candid advice. Her goal as a recruiter is to provide information and insights throughout the hiring process and make strong matches that spark growth. She has worked with partners, in-house counsel and associates across a range of practice areas, developing a breadth and depth of experience that has enhanced her ability to advise attorneys at all levels.
Jen earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, in Psychology from Brown University. Before becoming a recruiter, Jen was a Tax and Trusts & Estates Associate with White & Case in New York. Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters in Greenwich, CT.
